I went to the one at Northpoint outlet. I have been going to them for at least 5 years. The sales people are not very... helpful, and they seem to just want to quickly get their job done, but there is an optometrist - he is a tall guy with glasses. He is SUPER patient and kind. He walked me through the steps of the hard lens very carefully, and did 3 fittings in total. On top of that, he gave me free daily lenses just to see me through this adjustment period, and even gave 2 brands - so I can compare. I think his service is really top notch. I have been to so many optical shops, but have never met someone who is so detailed and patient, and cares for the customer!read more
